Yes. Between appointments you can wash and style gently using sulfate-free shampoos, lightweight conditioners, and low heat. Always detangle from ends upward, air-dry or use cool settings, and protect your hair at night with a silk scarf or bonnet.

Appointments typically last 45 to 90 minutes depending on services needed—tightening tracks, deep cleaning, small repairs, or full styling. A consultation at arrival helps us estimate time so you can plan accordingly; complex repairs may require longer sessions.
